30A Escapes reviews in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

“Great location, next door to Watercolor and close by the grocery store and the beach while in a quiet, gated community. The house was roomy with large bedrooms and large, comfortable beds and great kitchen and living areas. Two porches (front and back) were nice to have and the community pool is adjacent to the property. We had a wonderful time.”

“The home was beautiful 😍. The neighborhood was pristine and very quiet. Everything was easily accessible by bike or walking.”

“Overall, awesome place to stay! 15 min from anything along 30A.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The beach house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything was exactly as described, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved how convenient it was to everything while still feeling like the perfect place to unwind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🏖️☀️”

“Would definitely stay again. Perfect location. Although it’s 11k for a week in June. Recommend staying in off season, more than half off the price”
