“Firstly, it was easy to get thru the gate security, just provide your credentials. We loved the size of the home it’s beautiful . But, upon arrival the cleaner was still there and we waited a little after check in for her to finish. The soiled linen bags were all lined up outside the home. I messaged villatel and someone came to gather them. The house was very clean but all the furniture was very soiled. My family enjoyed their en-suite’s, the pool, arcade, theater and clubhouse. We loved the use of 2 refrigerators and ovens. The house was a bit hot when we got there. I messaged villatel and they adjusted the temp remotely, thank you. The home is 5-20 mins away from grocery stores ie.. Publix, target, Walmart, and Amusement parks. Villatel is very responsive and maintenance arrives swiftly. There were a few hiccups but, it didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed every moment in this house. Overall, I’d recommend Villatel to anyone and we are excited to come back. Family vacation success!”

“Great stay. Nice place and all rooms were clean. Only issue was the trash. Outside in the trash bin someone threw unbagged trash and food items away which attracted raccoons that created a big mess. These items were there prior to our arrival and should have been cleaned and removed before we arrived. Other than that it was a great place to stay.”

“The property was fantastic, exactly as described in the listing. The reason for the 4 is that there was a leak coming from the ceiling on one of the days. Villatel did get it fixed after a few hours, but can't give the 5 stars. Everything else was great, would definitely stay there again.”

“Tivemos uma excelente estadia na casa. A casa é enorme e muito gostosa. As crianças aproveitaram bastante a área de lazer do Condomínio. Algumas sugestões para melhoria da casa: Manutenção nas luzes, manutenção nos armários da cozinha, sentimos falta de uma airfrayer, e um aspirador de pó vertical e rodo. Pontos negativos: Embora pagamos o aquecimento da piscina, a água não estava quente. Localização em horário de pico torna a distância até os parques e áreas principais de Orlando em até 1 hora de percurso. Pontos positivos: Casa gostosa, grande, roupa de cama e travesseiros gostosos, bastante opções de entretenimento para as crianças, casa limpa, equipada ( sentimos falta de alguns itens) e recomendamos para quem deseja conforto e tranquilidade. “Such a beautiful place with walking distance to private beach access! We loved the private pool, all the fun amenities, and the general area is peaceful. Very responsive and very helpful communication before and during our stay! Thank you for a great trip!”

“The good: location! Right on the beach. The stretch of beach is beautiful, uncrowded, and kid-friendly. Walkable to great ice cream spot, Beachside Creamery. Publix is a 4-minute drive away, and Oceanside Pizza is right down the road. The setup of the house worked well for two families. They converted the garage into a movie theater, which was fun for the kids, but we would have preferred a functional garage stocked with beach toys. The private pool was great, I recommend paying to heat it. The not-so-good came down to the property management. Communication was not good with very slow responses. We called the Villatel number and were told they didn’t manage the property. When we arrived, the key was in the door and the door was open. Code for the lockbox did not work. The cleaners were not great, no attention to detail. House not well stocked at all. Trash overflowing in bins, they did not empty even after we asked. Check out neighboring units, they seem to be better managed.”

“Very bad experience. The room was dirty, there were visible stains on the bed, and the whole room had a strong odor. After staying there, all of us had allergy symptoms. The cleanliness was far below basic standards. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this place.”
