Villatel reviews in Melbourne Beach, Florida

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The AC needed cleaning, there was noticeable dust throughout the house, and the home had an unpleasant smell. The property also needed maintenance, and we dealt with a leaking ceiling during the last three days of our stay. Staff were not very helpful, and getting a response or assistance required spending too much time on the phone. These issues affected our comfort and enjoyment of our vacation. Better cleaning, maintenance, and more responsive customer service are needed.”

“The property was fantastic, exactly as described in the listing. The reason for the 4 is that there was a leak coming from the ceiling on one of the days. Villatel did get it fixed after a few hours, but can't give the 5 stars. Everything else was great, would definitely stay there again.”

“Great house, great location! Kept our large family entertained from little kiddos to adults. Easy rental, responsive host, no issues.”

“Such a beautiful place with walking distance to private beach access! We loved the private pool, all the fun amenities, and the general area is peaceful. Very responsive and very helpful communication before and during our stay! Thank you for a great trip!”

“We had a great stay at this house. The place was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for our group. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The house has many bathrooms, which made everything easier for everyone. The pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was always fast and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”
