“We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not being properly maintained or cleaned. We found bugs and roaches inside the home, which was very concerning and made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. The property showed significant wear and tear, including a broken screen by the pool area. Several of the advertised amenities were also unusable. The pool stick was broken, so we were unable to play pool, and parts of the air hockey table were broken off as well. Cleanliness was another major issue. The home did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found hair and trash in the bed linens on multiple beds, which raised serious concerns about the overall sanitation of the property. Unfortunately, this was the worst vacation rental experience we have had. The property needs much better maintenance, pest control, and cleaning standards. We will not stay again.”

“My stay was Great, just had a few issues like couldn't get the remotes to work some of the TVs and didn't realize the refrigerator and freezer wasn't getting cold to its proper temperature untill 2 days later. The pool table is not steady. The game room can use some upgrades. Heather is a great host but didn't reply back to me when I asked to be compensated or reimbursed for some of my food I had to throw away and had to keep buying bags of ice my whole stay. I paid for heated pool that wasn't really heated but other than that it is a nice home.”

“Horrible experience”

“I have to say I was disappointed by the condition of the home. Our stay started with a smell of marijuana upon entering the home. There was marijuana cigar paper left on the nightstand, along with eyelashes left in a vase from the previous guest. Overall the home was not as clean as it should have been. Dust on the dressers & nightstands in the rooms, spots on the blinds in the rooms, and confetti left behind on the carpets. Also, one of the beds fell in when one of the guests sat down. And I CANNOT forget the live roaches in the bathroom! While they sent someone to clean and fix the bed the next day it was still disappointing and in my opinion uncomfortable. I literally slept in my clothes the first night. I certainly won’t be rebooking or referring anyone else to book.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nice, spacious, and accommodated our group well. However, it didn’t seem like everything was checked after cleaning. Some dishes were dirty, remotes were missing batteries, and the lighting was very dim. One bedroom was missing a light cover, and some extra sheets had stains. The TVs were also very small and didn’t work well for a large group. Overall, we had a good experience, but the home could use better attention to detail and some updates.”

“If you are willing to stay in complete filth this is your place! When I arrived every day was filled with hair, glitter and other unknown stains did it have made all of the bedding but that is all the bathrooms was disgusting and did not drain! The pool was so dirty that we cannot get in it and then they proceeded to send someone to clean it the last day that I was there?? It’s like they know that their house is disgusting and they do nothing about it. Also, the dining room window fell inward when the maid was there and she put it back in it then proceeded to fall out again onto my son so please beware. Also, in one of the rooms on the Roku a man pop on the screen and terrified my daughter.. the couches are so dirty we was scared to sit on them! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ITS SO DIRTY🤢”

“Unfortunately the house hadn’t been cleaned. It was pretty filthy and we had to clean it as well as a lot of pots, pans, plates etc that had been put back dirty. There were various clothes in beds from previous families as well as a lot of dirt, hair, receipts etc on the floor. We were promised a refund of cleaning which was good but we didn’t receive it until we took it further. The house is lovely, it’s large and I think it just needs an update. The pool was nice, the rooms are spacious. We would visit the area again for sure but were disappointed with the state of it when we arrived. Once we had cleaned it, we felt we could relax but we shouldn’t have had to spend our time cleaning it. There was some unopened alcohol in the play equipment for the pool which my 6 year old found but luckily did not drink. Again, something that should have been checked and cleaned.”

“The place itself was clean and big enough for our family. We had drove 18 hrs from NY and was told our reservation would not be ready by check-in at 4pm, and so we had to go somewhere for 3 hours until we were allowed in at 7:00pm. We also never received the QR code that was needed for access to the resort until later in the day after checking in. It’s also important to note that this unit only comes with 1 of anything essential such as paper towels, one garbage bag, no laundry detergent, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I feel like for the price you should at least include garbage bags for extended stays. If you don’t expose of garbage properly they say they will charge your card on file. Also the splash pad at the resort was closed for 30 days for maintenance during our stay.”

“Most of it was very clean and beautiful. We paid to have the pool heated and it wasn’t when we arrived. One of our party went looking in the pool room and after a bit found the thermostat and set it to heat. After a while we could enjoy the hot tub. Not sure there was even a full roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Completely ran out the second day. The ac was locked at 72 with a scary note saying it could ice up if set lower and we’d be paying the repair bill. The heat was pretty intense at night but we suffered thru thinking we didn’t have an option. Opened windows at night and ran fans trying to make it cooler. None of us slept very good due to the heat. The last night we were kinda done with the heat. messaged if it could be set a bit lower. 9 hours later they replied that it was. Couldn’t tell much but it may have been😉”

“We were unsuccessful to watch tv, we could not share our devices It was cold in the house it was set up with a max temperature and it took hours to get answers from the host It was comfy and clean okay.”
