“Home was close the shopping centers.Onsite Resort was a big plus!The home itself was as pictured.Very spacious and clean!!My family enjoyed the outside area with pool.When picking a rental home for your family you go through so many trying to make sure you get it right and in this case I did.The tv in the outside area didn’t have a remote .I reached out to the owners they responded but no follow up to resolve or assist but besides that no complaints.Check in was easy/Check out was easy.”

“First of all, the address of the house was incorrect in the listing. The house is very good, large and spacious but the decoration is very old, the beds are very uncomfortable and the bed linen with a bad smell as if they had not been washed. The towels didn't smell good either and they were like very old and used. The bed in one room had no legs and was mounted on bricks and we washed that same thick room. At midnight all the dirty water went up the sink. The televisions are all very small, even the one in the living room. The photos of the listing do not match the actual conditions of the house. In summary, I think they should improve the decoration and fix all the problems that the house has before continuing to rent it in those conditions.”

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not being properly maintained or cleaned. We found bugs and roaches inside the home, which was very concerning and made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. The property showed significant wear and tear, including a broken screen by the pool area. Several of the advertised amenities were also unusable. The pool stick was broken, so we were unable to play pool, and parts of the air hockey table were broken off as well. Cleanliness was another major issue. The home did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found hair and trash in the bed linens on multiple beds, which raised serious concerns about the overall sanitation of the property. Unfortunately, this was the worst vacation rental experience we have had. The property needs much better maintenance, pest control, and cleaning standards. We will not stay again.”
