“First night we got there, a plug was broken off inside the outlet & was actively SPARKING. They just said “We’ll have someone look into it.” & left it at that. I had to ask them if I should turn the breaker off so a fire didn’t start. They just said “sure” then didn’t respond AT ALL. We checked in kind of late at night so we were very tired. The next morning we look at the bedding & NONE OF THE BEDDING WAS CHANGED IN ANY BEDROOM. I told them & NO ONE RESPONDED. Then the host lied to Airbnb support that they came to the house & changed the sheets. That was a complete lie. I had to wash our own sheets & buy new ones because I didn’t have time to wash all the bedding before bedtime. I sent the host pictures & videos of the bedding & no one responded. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! They don’t care about guests safety or health.”

“We had a great stay in the villa. Key code to get in and lock! 2 large rooms and 2 smaller rooms, 3 bathrooms(2 with showers and baths and 1 with just shower) also a handy toilet in the house near the pool. Spacious and tvs in all rooms… Cable tv plus media device in front bedroom and lounge! Perfect location about 1 hour from theme parks (universal, Disney &seaworld). Tampa airport is about 1hour and 20m away. Walmart is just under 2 miles away, plenty of fast food places within a short walk. The 192 is about 20mins away with every bar, restaurant and shop you could need. Plenty of towels, large fridge with freezer that dispenses ice! The pool is perfect and there is a pool fence to protect the little ones, timer system for jacuzzi and pool lights. The place is air conditioned perfectly just make sure to keep doors shut the keep air con happy! Would happily stay again!”

“I had a lovely stay with my family here! The resort area was packed and full of amenities, the water park and lazy river was an outstanding experience, and the experience at the home itself was great! The interior design of the home was quite creative and beautiful, the bathrooms extremely clean, and the bedrooms were also clean! The only concerns we had was that one of the bedrooms had some dead bug skin or something similar to that on the bedsheet itself, but it was something negligible in terms of the overall experience. Not enough to reduce a star from this review. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!”
