“Maria was an amazing host! The place was very clean, nice, and well kept, and everything was exactly as expected. She was always quick to reply, answered all of my questions, and made sure all of my needs were met during my stay. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The house did match the pictures but upon staying for a few days we did start to notice that the house was not as clean as it looks. All the bathrooms had dust on the walls/borders that never looked cleaned, one bathroom had bloody boogers on the wall. Kitchen wall had stains that dripped all the way to the floor. I reached out to the host after realizing that the house had maintenance come over while we were still sleeping which I didn’t think was right. Host offered a later check out for us only to take it back once I answered her. For the price that we paid, I would’ve preferred to stay somewhere else.”

“The overall stay was acceptable, and the property generally aligned with the listing. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. There was not enough toilet paper provided for the duration of the stay, and some of the sheets and towels appeared stained, which impacted the sense of cleanliness. I also came across a broken glass cup, as well as other broken kitchenware like pots and blender which should be addressed for safety reasons. With better attention to these details, the experience could be significantly improved for future guests.”

“This stay was honestly a huge letdown. We were given the wrong address, which had us circling the parking lot and asking strangers for help. At night, beetles constantly came in through the front door, which was extremely uncomfortable. The “heated” pool was cold, and the pool area had almost no lighting, making it unusable after dark. Inside, it was unbearably hot no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. There were also several maintenance issues the showerheads barely worked, and the bathroom sliding doors in the showers did not close properly. One closet door was broken as well. Basic essentials were lacking: there were not enough paper towels or toilet paper, along with only two trash bags, one small dish soap, and a single dishwasher pod. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I hope the host takes the time to address these issues for future guests.”
