“Everything was great. One thing to note if staying, is that there are minimal supplies available so if you’re staying with a family for any period of time you may want to stop by a store to pick up some extra paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, etc. You’ll also need to buy or bring your own body wash/shampoo. Also, if you plan on making meals and like seasoning you’ll need to pick up some salt and pepper (or whatever else you enjoy). If you plan on making coffee, it’s a drip maker vs. Keurig type so make sure you buy the right coffee and supplies when picking up necessities. Also, there is another vacation type property adjacent to this one and their pool plays music 24/7 so if you’re a light sleeper and are sleeping on the side of the home next to the parking lot (the king bed rooms), you’ll want to download a white noise maker. Other than that, the place was fun, close to everything we wanted to do and was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy a great vacation.”

“Let’s start here the main reason I’m rating this place a 2 is because when we arrived (around 11 pm at night) the home was beautiful and everything was as described. The ac was not working the house was 83 degrees. I voiced my concerns to the host she sent a tech right away ❤️. I appreciated her rapid response to make us comfortable. The hvac tech temporarily fixed it . It worked that night and partially the next day I assumed because of the Florida heat was why it was a lil toasty but no the ac was not working again. I informed the host she tells me a tech could not come til the next day. Told me only thing she could do was extend my checkout time. I told her I was thinking about extending my stay but not under these conditions of the ac not working. Then she responded with a solution ONLY IF I EXTENDED SHE WILL MOVE ME TO ANOTHER UNIT. I found that insulting that the only way we could get comfort was we price more days.. what was more insulting the ac tech came at checkout”
