“The pool was wonderful! And the gated community provided an extra layer of security. The townhouse does need some maintenance done: several of the outlets did not work, a few ‘tripped’ and needed the GFI reset. Please note: only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for THREE bathrooms. I’ve stayed at other AirBnB’s where they provided a roll for each bathroom plus 1 extra. We were provided with no washcloths, one set of towels excluding the washcloth for each person. No hand towels provided for each bathroom. One kitchen towel for an entire week. This info was not provided to us until we received the ‘handbook’ a few days prior to check in. Each morning I did receive an email from Maria asking how things were going.”

“This place was a perfect place to stay for our visit to the convention center and mini vacation after. Since the apartment is on an upper floor, I appreciated clean and quick elevators to bring up our luggage and walk where we needed to go. I also enjoyed the close proximity to the pool from the condo. There is a plaza with everything you could need in a short 5 minute walk including a diner, Beth’s Burger Bar for dinner and drinks, a grocery store, liquor store and more. One thing to note, this condo is stocked for a quick stay. If you are staying an extended amount of time be prepared to stock up dishwasher pods, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, etc… which I always expect to do when I have an extended stay. Also there were only 2 washcloths for a condo that sleeps 7, so if you use them, maybe pack a few extra. Otherwise, a great stay and would stay again!”

“If you’re looking for a quick getaway and a nice quiet private area, but still walking distance Maria’s Place is the one to pick everything is still local. The parks are nearby Food, entertainment the place is perfect for a family of 7 even tho it was only me and my Bestfriend. Pool area is great as well for the late night lounge. Ill be staying here again.”
