“We should have been told ahead of time that the Theater room didn't work and that the gaming system didn't work. The pool table balls kept falling out the pockets it wasn't in bad condition, the game room was awful and the stairs going up stairs need another of work. The carpet is ripped, the staircase needs painting and it looked dirty. There were no curtains hanging downstairs for privacy. The beds were to hard, my whole family complained. The recliner sofa was about to break on both sides when you recline back in it. This was not a luxury home. I have paid less for a home and didnt have these problems. We were very disappointed”

“area of place was close ro Walmart, target, publix...ext. I wouldn't recommend this location. Roaches, fireworks until 4am was allowed. I went to another resort to visit family and they band fireworks. needs a deep clean and good cleaning after renterw leave. The vacuum eas full of previous use trash and working amenities like dishwasher, unbalanced washing machine and functioning game room and pest control and restrictions on noise at a certain time 4am fire works is ridiculous. No binder like they mentioned”

“Kids enjoyed rooms/pool. stay incl several issues. There was a lighting issue in the dining area, Avatar room closet door was off track. The game room AC never worked properly so game room was unusable, very disappointing. Wobbly chairs that felt unsafe, only one roll of low-quality toilet paper per bathroom, no washcloths provided, which other vacation rentals consistently provide. Trash left in the outdoor bin that attracted raccoons. There was also a potential safety concern in the Stitch-themed room when a decorative light became caught on fabric and began turning brown from the heat. Most disappointing was the poor communication from the PM company employee JP. Despite the listing stating hosts typically respond within an hour, I did not receive a response until the following day after 10am. with no apology. While maintenance issues can happen, the lack of responsiveness, unresolved game room issue safety concerns and poor customer service negatively impacted our stay.”

“The house is big and spacious that’s about it. The baseboards and walls haven’t seen a mop in years. The carpet is so worn down and stained it’s disgusting. It is also so hot in there 72 in Florida weather for that size house is less then great. We had to goto Walmart and buy fans just to be able to sleep. They also told us not to use the garage but on the fridge it clears says to use the garage and driveway. I also had to write them about the trash not being picked up and they basically said it was a me problem. The trash bin provided is broken the lid won’t stay on, animals will continue to get in the trash. So make sure you keep on the community people to pick it up daily. Wouldn’t stay here again. They also provide NOTHING not even an extra roll of toilet paper in the restrooms. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where they don’t even have salt, pepper, and sugar. Literally every Airbnb I’ve stayed at has had like a little community cabinet where people can leave things.”

“The host was extremely unhelpful. The place has AC restrictions which does not allow you to turn it down; it was very hot and uncomfortable. The beds were terrible. I have stayed in a lot of properties, and I have never left a negative review. However, for this one, I have done so; don’t waste your money or vacation on this rental.”

“I booked months in advance to attend a graduation in the area. I even messaged the host the day before with no issues raised. Two hours before my check in (while I was driving to the location) I received a message from the host that I had to pay 2 pet fees of $125 each. This turned my weekend into a hostage situation rather than a fun family trip. it bothered me all weekend because I thought these fees should have been included. It turned out I was right and AirBNB fixed the situation which is the only reason I'm giving any positive information. I should have never been put in this situation and the host had months to clarify this, not hit me up for more money the last minute which, by the way, caused our check in to be late because the host didn't give us the access information until they recieved the ransom. The garbage can smelled like egg farts, they gave us 1 garbage bag, roll of paper towel, and dishwasher pod to last 3 nights, rugs and carpet are stained, fire ants in front.”

“we arrived in Florida very late, trying to get through the gate at 2am was very challenging. there were no real clear instruction as to what gate to go through. when we arrived every single bed was disgusting and dirty. when I woke up the next day I looked at the bedding there was actual human poop on the bed. I freaked out. after inspecting the bed it was covered in filth as we're all the beds in the house. the whole house had a cat pee smell. one of the main bedrooms wrecked of pot. luckily when I contacted the host they came and removed my bedding, but how on earth do you not clean the comforters for your guests. especially when we were staying for 11 days. the house does not provide any additional items so be prepared to buy all your essentials. there were no face towels and barely enough towels for our entire stay. I had to wash towels regularly. over all I was so grossed out staying in this house. we will not be back. they need to do a better job of keeping the house cleaned.”

“Overall, the home is nicely decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s also conveniently close to fast food restaurants, Walmart, and gas stations, which made things easy during the stay. The space itself was fairly spacious, and although it's not gated,I still felt safe. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that impacted the experience. Upon arrival, there were stray hairs, stains, and a dirty carpet, which made the space feel poorly cleaned. We also noticed small ants in the master bathroom sinks. The cleaning company did come on the second day to vacuum the floor, replace a stained towel, and change the pillowcases, which was appreciated. However, there was also a roof leak in the bedroom that dripped onto the bed and onto my son’s face while he was lying down. This was a major concern. The urgency of the situation did not seem to be taken seriously and they arrived the next day. Imagine my 5'10 son having to sleep with his”

“It suited our families needs with bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Gate to get in neighborhood was tricky going in and out. Different situation every time; sometimes we needed to call number to be let in. Freezer door handle fell off in my hand immediately when using it, as well as a towel rack or two. Carpet taped dow with duct tape at thresholds, house was very clean just some obvious wear and tear in this house. Property manager did not provide much in the way of amenities or linens. 1 towel per guest for 8 nights. No dishcloths or washcloths. 1 kitchen trashbag for the week. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No extras. No items in a pantry or cupboard.”

“This house smelled like a kennel club and had dog hair everywhere. Upstairs bathroom had poop in the toilet and hair on the toilet paper. The smell was so overbearing that my family and I left a night before checkout. Do not rent at this community”
