Tropical Villas Property Management's guest rating of 4.55 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The pictures don’t do this place justice! It is so nice in person! It was very spacious and my family felt right at home! The pool was a much needed bonus! Great for a rainy day! I am definitely adding this one to my favorites to visit again!”airbnb

“Everything was awesome. The only thing I had an issue was the porch light.”airbnb

“We stayed for a week on business and found the location very convenient for coming and going without any issues. The home was clean, and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. It would be nice if there were at least some basic seasonings like salt and pepper available, as we only cooked once using the air fryer. The pool was adequate, and the clubhouse was very close to the home—we used it a few times and appreciated the easy access. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.”airbnb

“I loved spending these days at your property, and I recommend it to anyone—it’s a great house in an excellent gated community featuring a restaurant, a gym, and a huge pool.”airbnb

“Very disappointing stay. As soon as we arrived, we found the refrigerator wasn’t working and there was water on the kitchen floor. We had groceries being delivered, and despite the host sending someone out quickly, it took until the next afternoon to fix it. All of our food spoiled, costing us over $400 twice.! There was also a broken stair banister, which was a safety concern with kids, and the gate code was confusing and not clearly communicated. We were also told we had to pay for the grill, then later offered it for free but the code didn’t work, and they had to come break the lock. The host was polite and responsive, but the issues caused a lot of inconvenience, and they gave no compensation for the fridge being broken for 24 hours and our food spoiling . We were offered a credit for a future stay, but we won’t be returning.”airbnb

“I stayed here a couple of weekends ago and overall had a very comfortable experience. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was spacious enough for a large group, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. After paying close to $1,000 for the weekend, I was surprised by the number of additional charges. The pet fee wasn’t clearly visible during booking (it only appeared in the desktop version), which felt misleading. On top of that, there were extra charges for using the barbecue ($95) and for heating the pool ($56 per day). Also, basic supplies felt very limited there was only one trash bag in the kitchen, which didn’t match the price point of the stay. None of this ruined the experience, and we still enjoyed our time, but it did feel like too many add-ons after an already significant cost. With more transparency and a more inclusive approach, this could easily be a top-tier stay.”airbnb

“I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. The main issue was the “Minions” bedroom, which had a strong mold/urine smell. You can’t smell that through pictures, and it made the room unusable. I reported it, and a cleaning lady came the next day she agreed there was a smell but couldn’t fix it and only left a spray. After her visit, they attempted to charge me for sending her out as an “inspection.” I ended up not using the room. When I asked to leave since the issue wasn’t resolved, I was told the stay was non-refundable. There were also other concerns: loose kitchen stools that feel unsafe, a cigarette burn on one of the covers, Wi-Fi that never worked despite multiple reports, and an outdoor area with stained furniture and spider webs. The pool was okay, but overall I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled and the lack of resolution to these issues.”airbnb

“Good location, very comfortable beds. However, the entire townhouse should be updated. Very old, dark furniture, old dark carpet, very dirty in some places, even though visibly vacuumed throughout. There were maintenance issues during the our stay. The townhouse was gloomy, unlike the pictures that advertised this property as bright. On a positive note, The Host was very responsive to our requests. The Host did not mention his or her name during our stay.”airbnb
