“This unit in Vista Cay is in a great location and offers an excellent value when considering where to stay for a business trip when in town for a convention and not spending too much time in the unit aside from sleeping. Beyond that the unit is clearly well used and needs minor repairs and a proper deep clean. Return air vents are gross, cabinet doors are sticky and stained. Plus there's padlocks in uncomfortable places such as the base of a bathroom vanity where my guest had the pleasure of scraping their bare feet against in the mornings and said it felt prisony. Communication was clear and the owners are very responsive, but their canned communications are borderline threatening with the way fines are explained. I'd also recommend to the owners to provide more than one roll of TP per bathroom. Seems cheap to only offer a single roll to their guests. Vista Cay's amenities remain quite nice and there's a grocery store in walking distance. Despite the flaws, I would stay there again.”
