“I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. The main issue was the “Minions” bedroom, which had a strong mold/urine smell. You can’t smell that through pictures, and it made the room unusable. I reported it, and a cleaning lady came the next day she agreed there was a smell but couldn’t fix it and only left a spray. After her visit, they attempted to charge me for sending her out as an “inspection.” I ended up not using the room. When I asked to leave since the issue wasn’t resolved, I was told the stay was non-refundable. There were also other concerns: loose kitchen stools that feel unsafe, a cigarette burn on one of the covers, Wi-Fi that never worked despite multiple reports, and an outdoor area with stained furniture and spider webs. The pool was okay, but overall I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled and the lack of resolution to these issues.”
