Stays By Monaco LLC's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great price. Not too far from downtown. Couldn't find golf simulator. Apparently you're not allowed to have alcohol in the room which wasn't mentioned before hand. Allegedly a $3000 fine which seems extreme, especially for people 21+. Is that even legal? Not bad overall though and a great price”airbnb

“Sheets smelled. Mattress had brown stain. Ants in the kitchen. I called host and complained. They said they would come out but never did. They also said they would refund some money but they never followed up. I would never stay at one of their properties again. I still feel I should be refunded some money. I also think Airbnb should force them to refund money and drop them as a host.”airbnb

“The apartment was fine, however, the bathroom faucet was missing its handle, the bathroom hand towel hook was missing its ring, and the host sent us a long reminder about not leaving trash on the porch before we arrived which was a bit off-putting.”airbnb

“Nice area and a nice place to stay. But I didn’t realize it wasn’t a tv in the bedroom. Same time what we booked didn’t even look like the pictures on Airbnb. Last thing we didn’t realize all the rules they had for the unit. As a host I think you should post every rule before someone books including the $3000 fine for having alcohol inside unit. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.”airbnb

“Expect delays to enter. It took us 4 hours to not only find the lockbox and entrance but to get a response in time to find rest before our event.”airbnb

“Similar to other reviews, my experience with the external link and security deposit felt unusual and didn’t give a good first impression. After checking in, I found the place quite dusty. The water pressure was also very low. This place desperately needs some maintenance.”airbnb

“This is my first ever negative review on Airbnb. I booked the apartment for four weeks but had to move out after 6 days. Walls dirty, AC rattling, advertised pool was closed until end of April, couch was broken, gym equipment damaged, every window dirty. The landlord had no interest in helping. The was just a rental company and not someone’s home. So they just didn’t care. I’m still contesting this with the landlord and Airbnb. I’ve given five star reviews for every host so far, and I’ve been given good recommendations everywhere I’ve stayed also, but this was such a bad experience I hope no one else makes the mistake of booking with this company.”airbnb

“This unit is above the parking lot and facing a major roadway. There is LOUD road noise 24/7 - bring good ear plugs, parking lot lights shine in unit all night - bring eye masks. Stained carpets in the bedrooms. Missing caulk in shower with mold present, old tattered towels. Sleeps 6 but only has place settings for 4 and barstools for 2. Kitchen is poorly equipped, with only 1 mixing bowl and no ovenware or serving ware. You cannot prepare & serve a meal in this kitchen. There was an old pizza box in the oven and a pair of socks in the bathroom drawer when I arrived. The amenities are great.”airbnb

“*** DO NOT STAY HERE *** I arrived late on the 1st night of my 17 day stay and found the unit smelling terribly of marijuana. I contacted the host immediately. The cleaners were sent the next day to open the windows and spray febreeze. I left after the first night and asked to cancel my reservation because my 1 year old with asthma and severe allergies was arriving the next day. The host refused. I offered to pay for the first few nights and they refused and told me not to contact Airbnb. I called Airbnb and it took 4 days to resolve this because the host kept lying to Airbnb and saying there was no smell even though the cleaners agreed and let me know they were trying to get rid of the smell but couldn’t. The host refused to refund me the entire time and took forever to respond. Once Airbnb got confirmation from the cleaners about the severity of the smell, they refunded me. This host is awful. They do not respond and will not help resolve any issues. It will only be a headache.”airbnb
