“Great price. Not too far from downtown. Couldn't find golf simulator. Apparently you're not allowed to have alcohol in the room which wasn't mentioned before hand. Allegedly a $3000 fine which seems extreme, especially for people 21+. Is that even legal? Not bad overall though and a great price”

“I wish the check in and out times were better. I felt rushed in the morning and couldn’t get inside till late. Other Airbnb’s offer a longer window, but the place was nice and had no complaints other than that. The location was great! You can walk so many places.”

“Sheets smelled. Mattress had brown stain. Ants in the kitchen. I called host and complained. They said they would come out but never did. They also said they would refund some money but they never followed up. I would never stay at one of their properties again. I still feel I should be refunded some money. I also think Airbnb should force them to refund money and drop them as a host.”

“Expect delays to enter. It took us 4 hours to not only find the lockbox and entrance but to get a response in time to find rest before our event.”

“Nice area and a nice place to stay. But I didn’t realize it wasn’t a tv in the bedroom. Same time what we booked didn’t even look like the pictures on Airbnb. Last thing we didn’t realize all the rules they had for the unit. As a host I think you should post every rule before someone books including the $3000 fine for having alcohol inside unit. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.”
