“It needs to 1000% let their people know they’re hidden fees. The parking team was super unprofessional.”

“The apartment was with damaged floor all over and there was moldy smell that we couldn't stand.”

“I paid $350 between hotels fees and valet parking , I will not come back here”

“Beautiful Location, Poor Experience (Avoid this Airbnb) Rating 1/5 Pros Excellent location right off Hollywood Beach and near great restaurants. Cons Resort Fees with Zero Benefits: Charged fees but got limited perks. Front desk refused us extra toilet paper since it's an "independent unit" - 2 mini rolls for 5 nights. No Service & Extra Chores: Paid a premium yet had to wash towels, use same sheets for 5 days, dump trash, and buy basic supplies. Missing Essentials: No detergent or toothbrushes. Mini soap and shampoo lasted just one day. Cleanliness Issues: Walls and curtains had visible stains; I had to buy Lysol wipes to sanitize everything. Run-Down Furniture: Scraped tables, peeling chairs, and gunk in seat crevices. Bed not comfy. Clear lack of maintenance. Final Verdict: Skip this Airbnb. If you want to stay at Hollywood Beach Resort, book directly with the hotel for full amenities and service. We paid way too much to do our own chores in an outdated, run down unit.”

“Pee stains on the sheets”

“Buyer beware. Checked in after a 16 hour flight to no hot water. Host's plumber confirmed it could not be fixed that night, then the host went silent. I paid for a hotel out of pocket. Next morning maintenance confirmed the toilet was leaking too. I asked to be moved to another unit in the building, was told someone would be in touch, and nobody followed up. I was forced to book elsewhere for the rest of my trip. When I returned for my things there were three machines running in the unit. The host then told me the booking was non refundable. I had to file cases with Airbnb, the Florida Attorney General and the BBB to force the refund. Many hours lost. I also left my laptop case in the closet and the host says nothing was found. The worst experience I've had with anyone on the Airbnb platform. Not worth it.”

“Overall the best part was the view but i would never stay there again , the hotel was super dusty and dirty it looked like the needed to mop the floor and wipe down the walls and bathroom , the covers did not look washed they had stains on them and also the fees there were ridiculous your better off staying at an Air bnb home because on top of paying for the air bnb you have to pay resorts fees and for parking at that point you might as well stay at a hotel because they don’t have room service, towel services , necessities not even a cup if you needed it , so you should definitely book a hotel and get your moneys worth”

“El departamento es tal cual la foto. La zona muy buena. Tiene mucho olor a humedad, y una gotera en el baño, justo arriba del inodoro. me comuniqué con el anfitrión, me respondió pero no resolvió nada. No hizo nada por resolverlo”

“Bed sheets and comforter dirty with blood stains. Floors dirty not mopped. Towels folded but dirty with makeup”
