Spectacular view! It’s easy to get to. Corner patio. We had one issue when we were there but they resolved it. We do wish we had wash cloths in the bathroom.

Stay Sol Six was worth it. The house has a beautiful view, and we traveled with 5 people including kids very comfortably. Especially, the valet parking included in our deal was totally worth it. It’s walkable to the beach and amenities like the pool made our stay even better. We had a happy stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Views were stunning and communication was excellent. The downside is the space is far from ‘BRAND NEW’ as was advertised. Really needs a face lift as walls and doors were stained, paint chipped, marked, and beat up in the whole space. Pictures not hung up and holes in the walls. Furniture was also beat up as well - kitchen table wobbly, chairs uneven and very very sparsely stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Just not very comfy and cozy at all. Could be so much better with some TLC.

The place was clean and we made it work! It’s set up more like a hotel. The parking is horrible in the area and expensive. The host could’ve provided more towels/ linen especially because there isn’t a washer & dryer inside of the unit. Over a cool stay.

The place is great, a little less pristine than the pictures but for a beach front condo it was worth the cost. What wasn’t worth it to me was the surprise parking fee of $35 a night and the resort fee that is $40 a night. We thought we were getting a great deal for a weekend away when in reality it cost just as much as a fancy hotel per night after you factor in parking and all the of the fees. I would have appreciated a bit more transparency in the listing. Also there is only 1 elevator for this side of the building and it is sloooow. We ended up walking the stairs most of the time which got old. So keep this in mind if you cannot do stairs. Otherwise the location is great, convenient uber down to the broad walk, the patio overlooking the ocean was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee here every single morning.
