“Te cobran $550 USD adicionales al monto publicado en Airbnb para ingresar al departamento, si bien está en la descripción, es poco visible. En general el alojo bien, con lo necesario y amplio. No tiene vista al mar.”

“Buyer beware. Checked in after a 16 hour flight to no hot water. Host's plumber confirmed it could not be fixed that night, then the host went silent. I paid for a hotel out of pocket. Next morning maintenance confirmed the toilet was leaking too. I asked to be moved to another unit in the building, was told someone would be in touch, and nobody followed up. I was forced to book elsewhere for the rest of my trip. When I returned for my things there were three machines running in the unit. The host then told me the booking was non refundable. I had to file cases with Airbnb, the Florida Attorney General and the BBB to force the refund. Many hours lost. I also left my laptop case in the closet and the host says nothing was found. The worst experience I've had with anyone on the Airbnb platform. Not worth it.”
