“The location of this Airbnb and the amenities is very nice because it’s literally 1 block from the beach, the front desk people are nice and helpful, and the pool and the gym are very clean and spacious. However, this Airbnb was extremely dirty. The garbage disposal was filthy, both bedrooms had hair on the blankets and in the sheets, both bathrooms upon arrival had hair in both showers and on the counter. And the towels had nasty brown stains on them. We had to request them to bring new towels due to us not feeling safe using the stained towels. I would say the Airbnb doesn’t look exactly like the photos, it was much smaller and had a lot of scuff’s and scratches all over the walls and floors. If this Airbnb was cleaner and if they had clean blankets and sheets, and maybe a fresh paint job, it would be a perfect Airbnb. Being in north Miami is actually a very nice location to be in. The hotel itself is very nice. Hope this helps.”

“The place is amazing, you can go right to the beach from the building without crossing any street. The building it's 5 stars, the apartment view wasn't the best, but that's not a problem. The place it's working on a new pool, so there was some trucks and machines noise. We had a problem with the A/C on one room, they took more time than expected, but they fixed it. I would definetly come back to this place.”
