“Great location and house! I stayed there with a huge family and kids gathered for a wedding in SoCal area. We felt right at home immediately, with everything per description and pictures. Kristi was kind enough to let us do an early check-in and was very responsive to any questions we had. I had forgotten my make-up bag post check-out, but they accomodated a pick-up even 3 hours post the check-out. Overall, highly recommend this place!”

“Our stay at Josh/Kristi’s place was everything we expected…wonderful location and comfortable accommodations. The home is only two blocks from downtown and a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and Josh was very proactive in his communication with us. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a day of walking and surfing. We would definitely stay there again.”
