“This is a great place by the sea which lets you sleep to the gentle waves on the beach. Good view and close to the beach and walkway down to the restaurant or ip to the other restaurant on the beach . The place is clean , the hosts were responsive and helped wherever they’d could - great place to stay”

“The condo was updated and fresh with a great ocean view. Walk out of the condo and you're on the beach. It had all the amenities we needed for a long term stay. Groceries and restaurants were within walking distance.”

“Just wonderful; 1. The views from the condo are spectacular with nice balcony (never felt HOT at all) 2. The place is super nice, modern, and good for 2-3 people (one bed and the sofa bed can turn into a bed); had everything I needed like badic kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, and other things; LAUNDRY is on the same (3rd floor), next to the condo; would recommend APP to use it (not expensive). 3. Parking- the best, safe, and not too far from elevator (only thing, the parking space is on the bottom, not top). You will have your remote for the entrance and exit gates and to access the elevator or the stairs, which us nice 4. Access to beach- only stairs and there you are at the beach (if you can’t do stairs, go around in car or walk, and park at GAUCHO) 5. Pool and Bbq area- 2nd floor: cool place Lastly, both Marianne and Kristi were helpful, responsive and resolved (had couple of issues) all the issues I had; will definitely pick this place without any doubt.
