It is thoughtfully appointed and perfect for a stay away with everything needed, from beach towels to BBQ grill to a kitchen that functions very well. The location on a quiet street and close to the bayfront is ideal. Kristi is extremely responsive and supportive for any questions or needs. We would love to return for a week next year! “Perfect little cottage on Balboa. Charming and squeaky clean. Fully stocked with all that you needed. Conveniently located 1 block from the ferry and less than 10 minute walk to Marine. Everything is modern and lovely. A/C worked great. Parking garage is a bit tight to get in and out, but we had no trouble finding street parking and opted for that instead. They offer really nice service where you can order groceries in advance and it is delivered and put away for you before you even arrive. Great touch! Balboa is peaceful and easy. We had a great stay.”
