“My family and I had a fantastic experience staying in this home. It was comfortable, convenient, and made our stay in Encinitas really enjoyable. We loved the outside seating and hangout area with the hot tub, that was maybe our favorite part. The ample beach towels and laundry were especially appreciated for a family beach vacation. It was a peaceful and safe part of the neighborhood too and we could walk everywhere easily to meet friends and family. Highly recommend!”

“Great location”

“Location was great to Encinitas’ shopping and restaurants. About a 10-minute walk to Swami’s Beach and a 15-minute walk to Moonlight Beach. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Plenty of towels and linens provided, which was great for a week-long beach stay. Only downside was there’s no king-size bed. Area was quiet and not much traffic on the street in front of property. Also, as a precaution, the shower went from cold to burning hot. No in-between and was a bit scary with children.”

“Fantastic location just a few block walk to both Swami's and Moonlight beaches and stores and restaurants in town. Peaceful and quiet section of a residential block. The house itself had all the typical amenities (sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc.), but the condition of the bathroom and kitchen was quite worn and the overall quality of the accommodations was very basic / value oriented. One highlight was the hot tub, however, for $900/night I expected more of the house itself. Josh communicated with us and was very quick to respond to any questions and helpful with an earlier check in. Overall, happy with the stay, but realize you are really here for the location.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. This spot is in a great location and is walkable to many restaurants! Hosts were responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Having the parking spot is nice, although it is on a very steep incline. There isn’t A/C, which may or may not bother you depending on the time of year and how cool you like to be when you are sleeping. There are screened windows and fans to help cool the place down. The whole place was very clean. Although the bathroom looked a bit tired, with some chipping paint on the tub, everything worked just fine.”
