Seaside Vacations & Sales's guest rating of 4.68 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I’ll start off by saying this place wasn’t horrible, but had a lot of issues. It definitely served its purpose for the week that we were there. The location was great and close to everything. When we first arrived, we could not figure out how to get into the garage or open the garage doors. The door to the condo was difficult to open with the code. It would take us several attempts to open the door each time we came back. The lock would just spin and stayed locked. The place was nice, but only surface clean. The floors were very dusty, hangers were under the bed and dust was in every corner and little things like candy on the floor that weren’t cleaned up. The bed has seen its last day. It literally is caving in and makes loud squeaking noises with every movement. The linens and comforter were not washed prior to us coming. There was sand in the bed sheets when we got there. If the cleaning service actually did what we paid for, it would have been a lot more comfortable.”airbnb

“Decently cleaned, but make sure you message them a while in advance for the check-in code because they do not supply that to you… And they were slow to respond… also the pier needs some help… Boards missing in random places and it sags dangerously!”airbnb

“Great place just need to change the shower head, and it smelled weird”airbnb

“Master bedroom was extremely hot. Both bathroom ceilings leaked water onto the floor for days. Having to clean before we left was a little much. The vacuum we were given was old, hard to push and smelled terrible. The whole place could use an update.”airbnb

“Upon arrival everything was great. I was a little disappointed that we weren’t let known sooner the floor we’d be staying on was the 19th. I have a huge fear of heights and my stomach was upset our entire stay. . Furthermore the kitchen was dirty. Plates had food still on them when I took them out the cabinet. Pans were dirty and of course I didn’t want to be charged the cleaning fees so I cleaned them. Instructions for checkout were a little crazy in my opinion, I can understand cleaning after ourselves but the specifics were a little too much (spray the counters, clean the dishwasher, sweep the floors) and they didn’t supply any spray products to clean with. I would have cleaned up no matter what but the list was a little too much and contradicting. Airbnb told me one list, the fridge had another list, and the binder we received upon arrival had a 3rd list. OVERALL it was good. Beds were comfortable. The hot water did not last long but the shower was spacious which I liked.”airbnb

“Had lock box for keys that was inconvenient to open, and lock on front door was difficult. The grill didn't work, and there was minimal toilet paper.”airbnb

“This property appears to be commercially managed, and the overall condition felt very much like a “landlord special.” There was toothpaste smeared on the vanity wall, paint peeling in multiple areas, and sand on the floor upon arrival. It also looked like only part of the stairway had been power washed, as though the cleaning was never finished. There was no office staff on site during my stay. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the in-room amenities allowed me to heat meals I had brought from the warehouse club. The pool was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, with an easy walk to Dollar General and Super Wings for souvenirs and beach gear. It’s also only about a five-minute drive to the Pony Refuge, which was a highlight of the trip. Overall, the location and basic comforts were good, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues noticeably detracted from the experience.”airbnb

“We enjoyed staying at this lovely condominium. We had a wonderful view of the marsh and could see the ponies with the binoculars. I would definitely stay here chain. We did have a bit of a problem getting the code to get into the condominium. The agency sent an email but when I clicked on the link showing how to get in, it said to contact a host/host. I had to do that twice and eventually did get the code about five hours before check-in. Whew.”airbnb

“I loved the location. Since I was there for the car show it was between the convention center and boardwalk starting point. Directly on the beach with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean the whole time. I wanted underground parking, which was available. There were 2 issues though. I brew coffee each morning and the coffee maker had a lot of scale present, so I only used once. Also, the master shower had a lot of mold, which I did not appreciate. I wound up using the other shower mostly except the first night.”airbnb

“There was dog hair all over the house and on blankets. There was No Privacy see through windows n kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, another room with sheer curtains. The upstairs bathroom my kids went to use had no blinds or curtains. I called that night no show, called next morning. Amy send somebody over to put blinds in the bathroom. There ants at the patio door, no wall plate behind the couch socket just hanging out fire hazard also another wall plate missing. The shower in master bedroom had mold, also in the master bedroom in the night stand drawer we found about 13 women's bathing suits that stinks 🤢. Amy told us someone was going to call us back nope never happen. The second day we went to the office I spoke with Becca opration manager explained to her about what was going on and sent her pictures. Basically nothing they can do but give a refund for the 2 days if we leave that day and the owner not putting up no more blinds or different curtains its as is.”airbnb
