“House was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to OC boardwalk. We had an issue with a bathroom and they sent someone out within 2 hours to fix it. Good communication. Only issue we had was they said we lost the beach parking pass.. in which we never used. We used the pools and paid the entrance fees for those but never needed the beach pass. We kept it where it was when we came in, on a hook in the front room and it never moved. I have a video of my walkthrough where it shows that it is there hanging. But they would not stop bothering us about it and tried charging us a fee after we left mind you we live 4 hours away. I contacted Airbnb and they told me not to worry about it. But I’ve never had a bad review. I even bought the insurance just in case my kids accidentally broke something (you never know) but to be blamed for something you did not do and constantly called/left messages about it is crazy. I didn’t enjoy that aspect of communication.”

“My family and I stayed in Pinehills for a weekend. We had a great time. The house was very spacious and clean. The house also had most kitchen appliances and utensils making easy to cook rather than eating out for every meal. I highly recommended staying in Seaside vacation home.”
