“While the photos matched the home, the floors were extremely dirty. Our feet and socks were black from dirt after walking on them. The shower had hair on the wall. The home 2 feet behind us was also being worked on making it loud due to construction. Also, the checkout instructions left require sweeping, vacuuming, mopping the entire home, but we are also charged a cleaning fee. The couch was also dirty with dirt in between the cushions.”

“So we rented earlier in the year house was great , this time the ceiling fans didn’t work unless u left the light on who wants to sleep with light on we sent them video still called us liar , dirty oven dirty tub ,dirty nightstand , dirty porch , we had to distribute the linens , refused a partial refund, they wanted to come clean the home while we were there and then we called Airbnb and they proceeded to lie to them even after the video and photos Airbnb was great !!! Host of this home not so great they argue etc keep looking would t recommend just because of the host !!!”
