“The house and location was perfect for our annual guys golf trip. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was ideal for our group of 5. Seaside Vacations was on top of their game. We'll be staying here again next year. Thank you!”

“From the beginning the WiFi didn’t work i was only there for 3 days i to wait for day 2 for someone to come fix. Every thing was unplugged on arrival had to figure out very frustrating The whole trip the lights fans were turning on and off kinda creepy the kids closet door fell off when i opened maintenance guy said he would fix but never returned the water if you wasn’t lucky to go 1st was not getting hot sofa bed hard in lower level. Some of the electrical sockets do not work Neighborhood nice quiet love place tv didn’t work upstairs”

“House was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to OC boardwalk. We had an issue with a bathroom and they sent someone out within 2 hours to fix it. Good communication. Only issue we had was they said we lost the beach parking pass.. in which we never used. We used the pools and paid the entrance fees for those but never needed the beach pass. We kept it where it was when we came in, on a hook in the front room and it never moved. I have a video of my walkthrough where it shows that it is there hanging. But they would not stop bothering us about it and tried charging us a fee after we left mind you we live 4 hours away. I contacted Airbnb and they told me not to worry about it. But I’ve never had a bad review. I even bought the insurance just in case my kids accidentally broke something (you never know) but to be blamed for something you did not do and constantly called/left messages about it is crazy. I didn’t enjoy that aspect of communication.”
