“The unit was a great location to the beach. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. It’s nice to have two parking spaces but tough for a truck to fit. The place is dated and needs some TLC. Fans are warped and noisy and couches are worn and not very clean. Cooking supplies are barely adequate with 1 pan that’s usable and the remaining nonstick pans have the teflon chipping off.”

“Extremely disappointed with Seaside Vacations and their complete unwillingness to work with us during the nor’easter and state of emergency. We booked specifically for the concert weekend and paid approximately $700/night because rates were significantly inflated for the event. The concert was canceled due to the storm, a state of emergency was declared, and we were unable to make the trip I understand and respect that we booked a non-refundable reservation. However, there is a difference between enforcing a policy and doing what is reasonable for a customer during extraordinary circumstances We weren’t even asking for a full refund. If this property normally rents for around $300/night and we paid $700 because of the concert, the least Seaside Vacations could have done was refund the event-related markup Instead, there was zero flexibility or willingness to meet us halfway. Very disappointing customer service, and I would think twice before ever booking with Seaside Vacations again.”

“The home was clean and spacious, and in a great location. It was just incredibly expensive for what you get. We paid extra for linens, and there was almost nothing else in the unit, not even salt and pepper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided, no paper towels, etc. It’s really bare bones so just be prepared to bring absolutely everything you need/want.”

“The location was great! The place was pretty well dated and could used better blankets! It was sort of hard to find what we needed for the pill out couch! Kitchen could be better stocked. We had to request a coffee pot and it was missing basic cooking supplies! They had all the pans and dishes just make sure you get everything else, sugar, oil, etc! Overall it was a great place, we were stuck during a nor’easter so I think we noticed more than we would have if we were just there on a normal sunny vacation!”

“This stay was super convenient with its midpoint location on the island. Everything you need surrounds you within walking distance and a quick car or bus ride brings you to the boardwalk. The place itself needs some upgrades and a deep clean, its age reveals itself immediately upon entering compared to the pictures or description. The hosts were very responsive to our feedback and needs.”
