Manager Review

RoomPicks

RoomPicks's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We have had some good stays and then some rough to start out..After first check in when room wasn't ready, they got us to another unit..still had to call service desk after it took over an hour to get checked in somewhere to remind them that there needed to be linens for the sofa bed...it was late when we met up with friends and we just wanted to continue the visit and get a unit to stay close. Even though it was tough, it was clean and we had plenty to do.

The place is nice & the price was good. It was a hot weekend and the AC wasn’t working. We called and they sent Maintence out. They only got one side of the unit working. The second time we called it was 9 pm and 78 degrees in the other half of the accommodations — the lady at the front desk said “well, I don’t really want to call Maintence since you’re just staying one night”. I thought that was inconsiderate. Maintence did come out and fix it.. so, I’m thankful for that however thought that was wrong as we paid to stay and majority of people cannot sleep in a 78 degree room. I’m glad they fixed it overall but thought that wasn’t cool & regardless of length of stay you should always try to have the best accommodations possible.

When I go on Airbnb I don't think I'm booking a room at the Red Roof Inn. The pic showed a sweet cabin with tall pines behind it. It said you would go into this address which was the Red Roof Inn. I thought that I was just picking up a key and going to a cabin. Even the staff there couldn't understand how I got a reservation through Airbnb. The place smelled horrible. Victoria was going to charge me for having my service dog and this RRInn allows pets for free. Cat urine and smoke combined made it an extremely unpleasant night.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Airbnb was disappointing. Upon arriving at the room, I found a dead cockroach in plain sight, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the property. I reported the issue, but by that point I had already spent the night in the room. The only solution offered was a room change, which did not fully make up for the situation or the discomfort it caused. The location itself was fine, but cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking a stay, and this experience fell short of that standard. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for future guests.

Buyer beware! This was advertised as someone’s home, but address was a Marriott hotel. I know some hotels convert floors to suites and apartments so I assumed something similar. The overflow booking places like H0tels .com would have been the same. Every email and rule read “please be respectful as this is someone’s home.” No. Not as advertised. I don’t use Airbnb to book hotel rooms. I feel this was either very sloppy listing, AI hallucinations, or classic bait and switch.

The not mentioned resort fee on top of what your total is not ok, would be ok if it was mentioned when purchasing, the walls and floors are paper thin , you can hear someones conversation and every single foot step, toilet flush, showering from adjacent guest

My stay was terrible. The only English speakers on the property were the front desk staff. Everywhere I looked, there were dead bugs on the hotel floor. Spiders and cobwebs were everywhere, making it really disturbing and disgusting. To top it off, the hot water didn’t work, and they refused to switch my room.

This location should’ve been way cheaper they charged me twice for my trip and to go back to the location to be reimbursed. The washer and dryer was not working and I had to leave with a bag of dripping clothes.

Even after requesting a first-floor room and informing them that we were traveling with two infants, we were assigned a room on the third floor. There was no parking available, and to make matters worse, the in-room safe wasn’t working. Despite reporting it, no one made any effort to fix or replace it. I would recommend choosing IHG Hotels & Resorts instead — they provide a much better experience.
