“No where on any website did it say that there was an extra $200 fee at check in. With no refund option I was forced to put up money I didnt have. If it would have said something about that I would not have picked this place. Almost ruined best friends birthday because of the inconvenience. Don't usually leave bad reviews anywhere but $280 for an overnight seems a bit much. I don't care if it is in Branson or not either/both should have said something about the $200 on check in. Probably won't stay here again.”

“Overall it was one of the worst stays I have ever had on Air BnB. Since it was a 3rd party deal the hotel didn’t have my reservation until I called RoomPicks after I arrived. Then there were additional fees that were not covered. Yes the place was clean but RoomPicks isn’t responsible for that so I’m guessing any positive reviews should go to the property not to RoomPicks. The bed may have been new but it was hard as a rock. We were ready to leave at 4am we were so uncomfortable. 3rd party deals should not be allowed on AirBnB because the “deal” isn’t what it is supposed to be.”

“This was our very first Branson visit. My husband and I chose this place because it lays adjacent to a friend's neighborhood and showed attractive on-site amenities... Turns out nothing we thought would be walkable was actually walkable. This unit is in a building at the southeast part of a decent size "village" and is tricky to find. The bed WOULD be super comfortable if it weren't for the scratchy sheets. Bring earbuds or something to drown out the noise in case you have a loud neighbor. The unit appears to be conjoined with another and you will hear everything. Our second night included a group of kids/teens having some sort of loud party/hangout until at least 2am. The in-app instructions for check-in and check-out were very straightforward so that was nice. This accomodation worked as a place to shower and sort of get rest after a day of Branson but excursions, but I am compelled to widen my radius and search for different options next time.”
