“The property was nice and the accommodations were very nice. Everything was pretty scattered out from the main entrance and desk to the actual residence that we were staying in. The elevator did not work on the unit we rented; that was unfortunate because I am a 71 year-old male who just had knee surgery. We were not notified in advance that the elevator did not work. I would have a appreciated a heads up. One of the handles in the tub fell off, but it was still operable. We also have the same problem with the dryer I believe. I will certainly stay there again, but it would be appreciated. If some of the details were cleared up or at least give us notification an elevator is inoperable before we got there..”

“The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy. This room is in an extremely large complex of rooms and was a little tricky to navigate as they all looked the same. No real privacy on the grounds because of the hotel feel of the place.”

“No where on any website did it say that there was an extra $200 fee at check in. With no refund option I was forced to put up money I didnt have. If it would have said something about that I would not have picked this place. Almost ruined best friends birthday because of the inconvenience. Don't usually leave bad reviews anywhere but $280 for an overnight seems a bit much. I don't care if it is in Branson or not either/both should have said something about the $200 on check in. Probably won't stay here again.”
