“My stay was terrible. The only English speakers on the property were the front desk staff. Everywhere I looked, there were dead bugs on the hotel floor. Spiders and cobwebs were everywhere, making it really disturbing and disgusting. To top it off, the hot water didn’t work, and they refused to switch my room.”
