“After comparing prices between booking directly through the resort, and booking through this listing, my partner and I ended up choosing this listing. So you can imagine our surprise when we checked in, and were hit with an unexpected resort fee, which we thought was already covered in what we paid AirBnB, making this option now more expensive. My partner ended up spending quite a bit of time during our 2 night stay going back and forth between messaging the AirBnB listing host, and talking with the resort front desk, and essentially was getting kicked back and forth between both. Very frustrating. This really put a damper on our experience. The pricing should have been more transparent, and neither of us appreciated constantly being sent back and forth. For this reason we probably won't be returning.”
