“We loved our stay at River Park Retreat! The house was very spacious for our family of four. From the high ceilings and lovely decor to the large walk in shower and fluffy white towels, we were so comfortable in this house. We loved walking one block to the coffee shop, restaurant, and the trails along the river! Also, it was very close to downtown BV, as well as a short driving distance into the mountains for many fantastic hiking trails.”

“My stay in Green Mountain Falls was great! You are above a restaurant, so if noises in the evening while the restaurant is shutting down will be a problem for you, you may want to consider that, but the view, the location, and the space was all really beautiful!”

“This place gives you the views of the mountains with a very private & peaceful neighborhood area! We all fell in love with it and the view!! We had a total of 12 people (3 are kids 7&under) and we were all able to sleep comfortably and spread out for sleeping. Meals were great. The kitchen and dining room set up work perfect for us. Beautiful & Peaceful time!”

“This place is beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything our family of five needed for a fun weekend in Monument/Co Springs. The beds were comfortable, the location quiet, and everyone slept well. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen appeared well-stocked with cooking utensils. It has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Gorgeous decor and pristine bathrooms. The tub in the master suite is especially glamorous. Our family enjoyed walking to breakfast at The Coffee Cup and to ice cream at Lolly’s. Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Here is what could be improved upon: *Fridge- is tiny & the freezer was completely iced over so we couldn't even freeze a water bottle to keep in our cooler. *Mirrors- wish the bedrooms had mirrors to make getting ready a little easier since it only has one bathroom. Someone was in the shower, so I had to use the mirror in the kitchen area to curl my hair. My daughter used her cell phone camera in her room to get ready. *AC- didn't realize it didn't have ac, & probably isn't normally a huge deal, but we were there during a heat advisory. Nights finally cooled off, but the apartment reached 85 in the afternoons even with the windows open.Ceiling fan in the living area would make a huge difference. *Deck is lovely & mornings were quite nice. FULL afternoon sun & it got too hot to sit out. Roll down shades would make a huge difference- that could also remedy some of the heating up of the apartment on hot days since the sun just blasted through the glass doors.”

“I would give it a 5 stars and would of probably stay again if it wasn’t for the hundreds of big black flies coming out of nowhere, Everything else was okay but definitely not the flies 😩”

“If you are looking for privacy, beautiful views, and an off the grid feel with all the amenities, this is the place for you. Waking up to views of Pikes Peak is amazing. Be prepared for a cramped sleeping area in the loft.”
