“The property was nicely decorated and had a welcoming aesthetic, which we appreciated! Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed an unpleasant odor. The carpets were stained, and the downstairs area especially needed a thorough cleaning, as we noticed bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. We were also surprised to discover that the hot tub was shared, which we hadn’t anticipated. Additionally, the hot tub jets would not properly shut off, and there were no clear instructions on how to operate them. The pull-out bed was another disappointment, as no sheets were provided and the mattress was noticeably sunken in, making it uncomfortable. While the decor was lovely, the property would benefit from better cleaning, maintenance, and clearer communication regarding amenities. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.”

“The place itself is very nice. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The views were amazing! The instructions to check in, check out and for the hot tub were easy to figure out. Very easy to communicate with the host. Even though you have a “private yard” the neighbor staying in unit A, looks directly into the private yard from their bedroom. There’s not much noise dampening in the house itself so if you are staying in unit B, just know you can hear every footstep of the people in the unit above. It’s not bad during the day, but at night it can be a bit frustrating.”

“Went for wedding week, no closets to hang anything, and space was not fully clean. The fenced yard is partially chicken wire and pallets. Ac units smelled of cat litter and weed. Cleaners showed up an hour early and told us she needed to start then so we rushed out. Appreciative to have somewhere to stay… but wouldn’t go back.”

“Overall, this is a nice little place to stay if you are traveling solo or as a couple. Quick walk to restaurants and shops. Designated parking spot in an otherwise pretty full street. This listing is run by a management company that was responsive. However, somethings to note that others may (or may not) care about that was not very obvious from the listing: Management company uses Renjoy platform so you have to refill everything out after booking in Airbnb. Was asked for either $125 non-refundable deposit or $500 refundable deposit handled outside of Airbnb. $100 non-refundable fee per dog. Older home that has windowish AC units that are a bit noisy. Bathroom is extremely small. You cannot stand in front of the sink and easily bendover to wash your face. Sink is odd and splashed everywhere. Shower is about the size of a camper shower. If you need to shave your legs you will have a hard time. If you are larger or big shouldered you will touch all sides of the shower at all times.”

“Overall nice house. Urine smell on master bedding was awful. Worst toilet paper. For a 'luxury' stay, details matter, and were overlooked. We had a large group, got one towel each. Asked for more, got none. Toilet seat in master bath broke. One kitchen towel, no dishwasher pods. Doing chores to leave a 'lux' place, trash, load dishwasher, towels... 😑. Linens on beds did not have a clean smell. This house could also use some repair around sink areas.”
