“Kaitlyn at Renjoy was wonderful to work with! Very helpful and friendly when we were looking for recommendations or needed questions asked about the house. Being able to see the deer and other wildlife from the balcony was so cool! Our group loved the house! The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was due to a few house updates/maintenance that needed to be done to the house or appliances. The washer on the second floor leaked when we first used it. The dryer on the second floor had a mind of its own and would randomly tell us that the laundry was dry and it was still very wet. The light in that room didn’t work. The ice maker in the refrigerator wouldn’t make very much ice. Other than that it was a really good place for our group! Plenty of room for our group of 16 to be together but then also have our own space when we needed it.”

“The home had some nice features, but unfortunately we experienced several issues that significantly impacted our short stay. When we arrived, the lock codes we were provided did not work, and it took quite a while to get the correct codes. Once inside, we had issues with the lights, no Wi-Fi, and a problem with the shower door. The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay, and we were ultimately told that no technician could come until after we checked out. Instead, our kids ended up streaming on a laptop using our own connectivity because we had no Wi-Fi for streaming. We were also disappointed with the condition of the pullout couch in the upstairs loft. The couch had noticeable stains and rips. We had planned for our kids to use the pullout for sleeping but we did not feel comfortable having them sleep on it and had to make other arrangements. On the positive side, the host was responsive to our messages and apologetic. Overall, there were simply too many issues for such a short stay.”

“The home is beautiful and the layout inside is great. Very clean. The instructions for entering and using all 3 floors were incorrect and it took too long to get help when we arrived. All bedrooms need a built in fan. The AC does little upstairs. All bedrooms need new mattresses- many people chose to sleep on couches the mattress were so hard. All kitchen pots/pans need replacing. They burn all the food and fill the house with smoke. The built in microwave in the kitchen doesn’t work, and the backup microwave on the counter doesn’t heart properly (burning one side and not cooking the other). All photos of the backyard intentionally hide how close the RV park is to the backyard. Lights shine in the bedroom windows all night.”

“This was a wonderful stay! Perfect for our adult family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. Location was great…close enough to town, but far enough away to feel peaceful.”

“We stay at airbnbs all over and have never had to write a bad review. After checking in on a 90 Degree day the house was 85 degrees and AC was not working, we contacted the host whom told us she could fix it from her side, didn't work so we had a sleepless night in an overly hot home... she never did fix the issue. Next thing was, food left in freezer and fridge from the last renters which told me they don't even check ( cleaning crew) not too big a deal, but tooth paste in bathroom sinks, sofa was filthy, carpet not vacuumed , candy crumbs on counter so not even wiped down, sink filled with nasty dirty water which host was not concerned about any of this, 1 towel per person with no hand towels or wash cloths except 1 hanging in bathroom which were thin scratchy cheap and old, and bring your own pillows ... hard as rocks. No thought went into comfort which is normally standard ~ not to these hosts... it was most likely Chat GTP reply's to my concerns!!!”
