“We had a fantastic stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! The house looked exactly like the photos-it was clean, beautifully decorated, and set the perfect "island time" mood, especially with the cozy front patio where we enjoyed grilling out one evening. The location is unbeatable, being just a quick two-minute walk to the most stunning beach. We deeply appreciated that the home came stocked with necessary beach gear like a wagon, umbrella, and a seashell scoop, which we put to great use. Inside, the primary suite bed was incredibly comfortable! Additionally, the location made it easy to walk right over to Pine Avenue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the local shops and restaurants, and the check-in and check-out process was completely seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone!”

“We really enjoyed this rental. It was within walking distance to the beach and we were able to ride bikes to local restaurants and shops! We had requested box fans upon our arrival and they had them in our place by the time we arrived. We also asked for pool cleaning which was addressed after we arrived. We noticed ants in our bathroom during our stay, we reached out to the host and they sent someone out to spray the next day! We would definitely return if we came back to AMI!”

“Awesome stay at this location! Close to the beach - loved cooling off in the pool - and outdoor grilling to feed our family! We enjoyed the golf cart around plus the bike rentals thru VayKLife at Once Upon a Beach! My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. pool time, and trips to get ice cream! What isn’t to love around Anna Maria Island - we LOVE it here! We will be back again next year!”

“We had a great stay !The house was perfect for our family, clean, in great condition, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a good size for meal prepping, and we loved using the grill on the back patio. The pool was so refreshing after long beach days, and loved all the privacy. The sectional in the family room was perfect for movie nights. It’s also a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. Communication was easy, Nikki and her team responded quickly, and check-in instructions were clear. I would definitely say the credit for the beach rental equipment made things so easy, they delivered everything to the house before we arrived and picked it up after we left, which was super convenient. My only recommendation for staying anywhere on the island is to rent a golf cart, it makes getting around and bringing beach gear so much easier, especially since parking at restaurants can be limited. I’ll definitely do that next time we visit! Overall, we had a lovely time!”

“What an amazing property. Hosts were fantastic, very responsive and in a timely manner. House was incredible, clean, spacious, and perfect for our two families. Great location to get to Pine and the beach. Just two small items to consider: First, there were no life jackets provided for the kayaks, be sure to hit up Beach Bums to get vests. Next, the downstairs bunk room is considerably warmer than the rest of the house due to duct work or air flow, but easily 5-10 degrees warmer than any other room in the house with AC on full. We tried door open, door closed, box fans, etc. The room is simply much warmer than rest of house for whatever reasons. This was an incredible house with an excellent host, would rent again.”
