“Great place to stay for large families. Extremely responsive host. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. The street is extremely quiet as well. This is our second time staying here.”

“We had a great stay !The house was perfect for our family, clean, in great condition, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a good size for meal prepping, and we loved using the grill on the back patio. The pool was so refreshing after long beach days, and loved all the privacy. The sectional in the family room was perfect for movie nights. It’s also a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. Communication was easy, Nikki and her team responded quickly, and check-in instructions were clear. I would definitely say the credit for the beach rental equipment made things so easy, they delivered everything to the house before we arrived and picked it up after we left, which was super convenient. My only recommendation for staying anywhere on the island is to rent a golf cart, it makes getting around and bringing beach gear so much easier, especially since parking at restaurants can be limited. I’ll definitely do that next time we visit! Overall, we had a lovely time!”

“What an amazing property. Hosts were fantastic, very responsive and in a timely manner. House was incredible, clean, spacious, and perfect for our two families. Great location to get to Pine and the beach. Just two small items to consider: First, there were no life jackets provided for the kayaks, be sure to hit up Beach Bums to get vests. Next, the downstairs bunk room is considerably warmer than the rest of the house due to duct work or air flow, but easily 5-10 degrees warmer than any other room in the house with AC on full. We tried door open, door closed, box fans, etc. The room is simply much warmer than rest of house for whatever reasons. This was an incredible house with an excellent host, would rent again.”

“My wife and I just got home from our amazing stay. This was our first time to AMI and it is NOW our favorite place to vacation. We dealt with Brittany instead of Nikki. She was very responsive, super friendly, super helpful. The house smelled wonderful when we arrived and it was immaculately spotless. The pool was heated, ready for you to enjoy. Area was gorgeous to sit out in morning with our coffee or at night with a drink (definitely bring bug spray). This island offers so much to do, the beautiful beach was literally a 5 min walk away. We rented a golf cart to take many drives all around the island to try the many restaurants. Sunset cruises, dolphin watches, water sports, all easily accessible. We took morning walks with our two fur babies down the streets to see all the gorgeous houses. There was an issue in the house and it was addressed immediately by Brittany. We can’t wait to visit again. The island is amazing and so was ONCE UPON A BEACH! Thank you for everything.”

“Had a wonderful 4-day stay at the Ocean Sunrise location on Annamaria island. Once upon a beach gave us clear instructions on what would be available and the beach rental gift card was awesome! It was a great location, right next to the beach and we could watch the sunrise off the marina every morning. And the pool was perfect.”

“We had such a great Memorial Day weekend stay in Cortez! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family trip. The dock for our boat was a huge plus and made everything so convenient for being out on the water. While we had some issues upon arrival, everything was addressed in a professional and timely manner.
