“We’ve been visiting Anna Maria Island for about 15 years and are very familiar with the island and its neighborhoods. If location is your priority, it’s hard to beat this one. Bridge Street is our favorite area on AMI and where we almost always stay — easy beach access, walkable to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and very convenient for getting around the island. The home itself was comfortable and suited our stay well. Future guests should just be aware that supplies are provided in a hotel-style starter format. This included a small starter roll of paper towels, hotel-size soap, shampoo and conditioner (no pumps), a small pack of laundry and dishwasher pods, and no cooking oils or spices. We recommend planning to pick up additional household and kitchen items during your grocery run if you plan to cook or stay longer. Overall, a great option for location and access, especially for guests who know and love the Bridge Street area.”

“Location of this house is great! Right across from the beach and has beautiful ocean views from the kitchen/living room as well as from some of the bedrooms. Can easily walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooftop deck has 360 views and is great! The interior of the house does show wear/tear and could use some maintenance. The walls are a bit scuffed and need re-painting, the furniture is worn and needs replaced, hook in bathroom wall is loose & coming out etc., coffee cups are chipped and need replaced. It was advertised as being a "luxury home" so we were expecting a bit of a nicer & better maintained interior. Not a bad house but not quite what we were expecting. The temps were 50's and 60's while we were there and the pool & spa had no chance of getting warm. Highest temp we saw in pool was 63, the spa would not get warm at all. The pool guy was there doing maintenance, and he said all was working but with colder temps couldn't keep up, which is understandable.”
