“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The location was excellent, with canal access that made fishing easy and enjoyable. It was also incredibly convenient - a short golf cart ride to the beach, great restaurants, and ice cream shops. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The neighbors were friendly, and the whole area was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cortez.”

“We had such a great Memorial Day weekend stay in Cortez! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family trip. The dock for our boat was a huge plus and made everything so convenient for being out on the water. Nikki was an amazing host with excellent communication before and during our stay, helping us plan ahead and making sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!”
