“We had a fantastic stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! The house looked exactly like the photos-it was clean, beautifully decorated, and set the perfect "island time" mood, especially with the cozy front patio where we enjoyed grilling out one evening. The location is unbeatable, being just a quick two-minute walk to the most stunning beach. We deeply appreciated that the home came stocked with necessary beach gear like a wagon, umbrella, and a seashell scoop, which we put to great use. Inside, the primary suite bed was incredibly comfortable! Additionally, the location made it easy to walk right over to Pine Avenue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the local shops and restaurants, and the check-in and check-out process was completely seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone!”

“The home was a dream. We got a visit with a manatee on the dock and he showed off quite a bit for the kids. The trees and plants provided a serene experience while outside. The house is a beach house and fit right into that category. We rented bikes and for us and our 5 kids and it worked very well to get everywhere. The pool was a big hit!”

“The home was spotless and in a wonderful location. We had a few minor inconveniences like no lighting or ceiling fan in the bedroom, front door didn't lock, and pool was too hot to swim in (probably out of their control). When I shared the minor issues I had a response back very quickly and with great solutions. For the price we had hoped to enjoy the pool more, but my guess booking in July was the issue as the pool is heated and not much shade so would be more enjoyable in the less warmer times of the year. As a mom traveling with my girls we felt completely safe in the area. Rented a cart with big wheels, umbrella, and chairs and walked every where we wanted to go with ease and joy. We would definitely rent again, but might pick a cooler month to enjoy the pool. Don't hesitate, it was a great stay for us!”

“We had a great stay !The house was perfect for our family, clean, in great condition, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a good size for meal prepping, and we loved using the grill on the back patio. The pool was so refreshing after long beach days, and loved all the privacy. The sectional in the family room was perfect for movie nights. It’s also a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. Communication was easy, Nikki and her team responded quickly, and check-in instructions were clear. I would definitely say the credit for the beach rental equipment made things so easy, they delivered everything to the house before we arrived and picked it up after we left, which was super convenient. My only recommendation for staying anywhere on the island is to rent a golf cart, it makes getting around and bringing beach gear so much easier, especially since parking at restaurants can be limited. I’ll definitely do that next time we visit! Overall, we had a lovely time!”
