“We come to Carmel every year and this home reminds us of classic Carmel. It had plenty of space for our large family with many kids! We never felt too tight, always felt at home, and the home had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.”

“I will look for this property again for any future visits to the Monterey Bay area. The property is in the heart of downtown in walking distance to Lovers Point, restaruants, coffee shops, and the local farmers market on Mondays. The single reserved parking worked out great for us and is located just across the street. The property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was great. There is a stair to the 2nd bedroom and half bath, so be mindful of that in case accessibility is a requirement prior to booking. We also came during end of July and there was some seagull noise in the evening and early morning hours, which wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of since this property is less than 10 minute walking distance to the beach. If location is important to you and you don't need more than 2 bedrooms, then this is the spot for you.”

“Great place to stay in an excellent location! It’s an easy walk to the beach, trails, restaurants, and the aquarium. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with new appliances and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi went out for a day, but Kyle and his team were responsive and got it working again that night. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the upstairs shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.”

“We loved staying at Kyle’s place. It was very comfortable and beautiful and it felt like home. One of our favorite experiences was opening the windows at night. We could hear the waves and enjoyed that cool pacific air filling up the room. It was some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. In fact, my Apple Watch sent a notification that my resting heart rate dropped by 7 points during our stay. It was lovely.”
