“Lovely spot - great location super close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores. Really enjoyed getting breakfast nearby at Allioti’s and then going to the beach.”

“We enjoyed the home and the local surroundings. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed walking by the water each day. Overall, the location and home were wonderful! Kyle was communicative and gave us all of the the information we needed prior to the stay.”

“I will look for this property again for any future visits to the Monterey Bay area. The property is in the heart of downtown in walking distance to Lovers Point, restaruants, coffee shops, and the local farmers market on Mondays. The single reserved parking worked out great for us and is located just across the street. The property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was great. There is a stair to the 2nd bedroom and half bath, so be mindful of that in case accessibility is a requirement prior to booking. We also came during end of July and there was some seagull noise in the evening and early morning hours, which wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of since this property is less than 10 minute walking distance to the beach. If location is important to you and you don't need more than 2 bedrooms, then this is the spot for you.”

“Great place to stay in an excellent location! It’s an easy walk to the beach, trails, restaurants, and the aquarium. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with new appliances and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi went out for a day, but Kyle and his team were responsive and got it working again that night. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the upstairs shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.”
