“We really enjoyed our stay! Clear instructions for check in and house details. If you are okay with a few hills, the house is walkable to downtown Carmel. We weren’t impacted by the construction due to the holiday weekend, but there is a house being built right next door as indicated in the listing description.”

“This is a very cool classic 1940's home in a very old and private neighborhood in the hills next to Carmel. The grounds are paved with lots of pavers and stone steps, so not conducive to toddlers. The inside of the home is very spacious with wood floors and comfy furniture, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and modern. The doors are a little difficult to open but that was a plus with 4 little ones. Overall, a comfortable home in a great location near all the Monterey/Carmel sites to see. Pricey, yes, but no more expensive than all the other options for this area.”
