“Great stay in Monterey. Home was exactly as described. Key features. - Home was in perfect condition , well decorated and clean. - Close to Canary row and attractions - Very safe neighborhood - Loved the outdoor office in back. Most AirBNB's are not the most comfortable for work. Private office space with lots of windows was great! - Garage is a bonus. Nice to keep car out of nightly coastal fog. - Lots of outdoor space, rooftop with view of bay, comfortable porch surrounding house. - Kyle was a professional host, great instructions, and prompt communications. I am looking forward to a future stay.”

“I really enjoy my month here! Great location, lovely view and loved the bathtub. A suggestion.. maybe install a drawer dishwasher for under the glasses area. Some of the cooking tools were dirty, due to last person not washing them very well. Thankfully, I brought my own cooking things because I am particular about the materials I use. I would stay here again though. Kyle was great with communication. .”

“Fantastic location in the heart of Monterey—walking distance to shops, gas station, and First Awakening café. Good for short stays, but not ideal long term. I stayed a month for work, and it felt like a neglected cottage. The kitchen was tiny and dirty; I had to buy supplies to clean greasy tools like the skillet. Likely sat unrented for a while. The living room couch was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. On the plus side, management quickly cleaned the patio after I complained, and the bedroom was perfect. Noise from traffic can bother light sleepers. Needs upgrades like a better couch, refreshed patio seating, and maybe TV improvements (Xfinity integration makes streaming slow). Jacuzzi tub is a nice perk. Overall, cozy and fine for a week’s stay, but cleanliness and comfort issues keep it from being a strong long-term option.”

“Great place in Monterey to stay. Downstairs is a decent room with couch, tv, bath, balcony with sea view, kitchen; upstairs is bedroom, full bath/jacuzzi tub, large room with king. Good place”
