Luxsle Corp's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I would not stay here again. The front entrance and patio were overgrown with weeds, and the condo had a strong sour smell upon entering that was unpleasant enough that I bought air fresheners during my stay. The space felt sparse, cheaply furnished, and equipped with only the bare minimum. The seating was uncomfortable, the tiny wall heaters were inadequate, and the walls were so thin I could constantly hear neighbors walking and slamming doors. The view overlooked a rundown assisted living building with bright floodlights on both sides of the condo, making sleep difficult. The most unsettling part was a strange man standing outside staring into the condo while my dog barked. When I went to the door, he started walking toward it, and I had to yell at him to leave. Overall, an uncomfortable and unsafe experience.”airbnb

“For me, the reason that I pick an Airbnb is to have a nice comfortable home, with a well-appointed kitchen so I don't have to eat out every night for extended stays. Also, it's nice to stay at home with a great host and some special touches. This is not that. This is a new apartment that is minimally outfitted and managed by a remote company that operates 60+ properties. No one has ever lived in this unit and it shows. There is no air conditioning on the upper (3rd) floor, so they put a window unit in the master bedroom. But now the window is partway open with a filler panel and the noise from the street comes right into the bedroom. I have stayed at two of these units, and each time I use the back bedroom because the front one is so noisy. The kitchen has the bare minimum. No colander, no tea kettle, most of the cabinets are empty. I realize that these are my requirements and maybe not everyone's. The couch was not comfortable. The place was very clean. Great if you don't cook.”airbnb

“We truly enjoyed our stay! The Lux team made sure all was right with instructions, getting into the apartment and all needs. Can’t beat the views and the area! On my next trip to Seattle this will be where I’ll stay! 👍🏾👍🏾”airbnb

“Great location and nice accommodations. The building rules are super strict and kind of fussy.”airbnb

“The place was kinda old and beat up. The process for renting this place on air bnb was ridiculously long and if I had read all the house rules which is extraordinary long I probably wouldnt have rented it. Overall it was horrible but I definitely wouldnt rent from this host again”airbnb

“I would not stay with this host or management company again. I booked a 3-month stay knowing the cancellation terms, and before my stay even began, I reached out to adjust the length. I was told that wouldn’t be an issue and that they would handle what was needed on their end to allow a modified checkout date. However, when I followed up during my stay to make that change again, I was told again that it was “fine,” but no action was taken to actually enable the modification. Instead, I was told I could cancel whenever I wanted, but would still be charged for the remaining time. That effectively meant paying for unused days while the unit could be rebooked, which didn’t feel right given the earlier assurances. As for the unit itself, it’s a basement apartment in a fourplex, and noise was a consistent issue. I could clearly hear neighbors above and next to me late into the night, including loud conversations and TV. It made it difficult to get consistent sleep. They screwed out of money”airbnb

“We were a group of eight people (three moms and five kids). We had clearly informed the host in advance about our group size and emphasized that we needed comfortable sleeping arrangements. However, the space was not suitable for eight people — realistically, it could accommodate a maximum of six. The BBQ was full of mold, even though we had told the host ahead of time that we planned to cook some of our meals using it. The pots and pans were not clean and were heavily scratched. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing — there were small hairs on the bathroom surfaces and floors, and it did not appear to have been professionally cleaned. We planned to move out but the host asked us to pay the first night that we stayed and couldn’t sleep. We also asked him to bring us extra mattress but disregarded.”airbnb
