“This place was modern in its decor and met our space needs. The baths & kitchen were nice and beds were comfortable, but the unit was just not well cleaned upon arrival. The walls at the entrance and in both stairwells had dark marks & greasy handprints which made me not trust the cleanliness of the rest of the house. They were too noticeable to not see. I had to request cleaning to feel comfortable and it took two days for the cleaning crew to come. The host communicated promptly as soon as I sent messages and photos but it’s just a lot of work for a guest to do for comfort while on vacation. We were only staying 4-days and just needed to relax as we visited family. Once the place was cleaned I could sleep. The parking needs to be reevaluated because the garage is too small for a regular size SUV or sedan. We had to find parking on the street because of the small size & clutter in the garage. LUX should think about addressing these issues to make their guests feel more comfortable.”

“It was a great stay and the property is very nice and as described. Very nice and well equipped. I had problem to open the garage door and the maintenance come the day after to get it fix. Aside of that , everything was clean and nice. One thing to note, the garage was full of boxes and can only fit compact size car. I really suggest to clean up the empty boxes to create some room for a bigger car.”
