“The owner living in suite A was very welcoming and our kids played with her daughters and had a great experience there. However here are some issues: 1. Front door key was inside the lockbox and it was very inconvenient to open and close the door every time 2. Amenities Missing: There was no shampoo or iron provided initially, and it took two days for them to be brought to us. 3. Communication Issues: While there were many hosts, the communication was minimal and not very helpful.”

“The location was awesome and had a ton of walking trails nearby, which we really loved. There was a slight issue with the television and audio and Lux helped us work through the issue and the owners were very accommodating and came to the unit to help solve the issue. When they were unable to remedy the situation themselves, they immediately reached out to Xfinity and scheduled an appointment the next day when we were out of the house. We were grateful for their assistance in this matter.”
