“Nicely updated home in good neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. We chose this property because we needed room for 9 guests and wanted to be near to downtown Seattle. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall it’s a good place to stay for a larger party. Plenty of necessities like towels, blankets, and kitchen tools. Easy to find and check in/out. Host is friendly and very responsive. Pros: -2 washers and dryer -private location -plenty of parking -upgraded bathrooms -cute furnishings -had everything we needed in kitchen Cons: -trash can was full upon check-in, but host was okay with leaving trash bags outside -we had to re-wash the plates and cups in the cupboard due to visible colored food stains left from previous guests -listing title says 8 beds, but listing details says there are 7 beds (2 of which are futons in the living room) so it’s conflicting, must read carefully -downstairs king mattress was uncomfortable due to unevenness -the outdoor grill rack had left over food, was not able to use”
