“The inside of the home and the kitchen appliances could use more thought and love. The sheet service and make your own bed when you get there was less then appealing. The sheets were a thousand times old and nubby. The outdoor furniture was weathered and not of great comfort for long visits on the beautiful deck. Beautiful location.”

“Very disappointed in this place and not happy that I had to clean this space before we even unpacked! Not happy with the amount of sand, even in cooking pots, dirt on floor, 3 cabinet doors falling off hinges, dirty linen bag on the kitchen island, boogers on night stand upstairs, gross all over!! I paid WAY TOO much for this place to look like this and disregard my vacation time. Do yourself a favor and JUST DON’T! The company did absolutely nothing to make it right with me, no call to say we will reimburse me…nothing, but guess what…they sure did keep the cleaning fee that I paid for after I cleaned the space up. AND I left the place WAY better for the next person than we found it!”

“The house is in a good location easy walk to beach. Great for pets. The front gate to house was broken we had to bungee wrap the doors closed so the dog did not get out.. Beds which should be made before guests arrive we think a great way to start the vacation instead linens are provided for you to make bed which was a good thing because the mattress cover was stained and had large ripped area in the middle. The top comforter was stained. I slept on couch and felt more comfortable I did not trust the cleanliness of mattress. The floors were dirty our feet turned dark brown from walking just inside of house. Bathroom off kitchen had clogged sink no towel or small sample soap. It was unfortunate that the outdoor couch on front deck overlooking the ocean had a section broken and we could not seat everyone in our family all together. The outside area is great for the dog but we had to pick up several dried dog poop that was missed or just left along with trash scattered here and there.”

“There was a lot to like about this house, specifically the location and size. A few things to note that we were disappointed in were needing to provide all toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hand soap in all bathrooms, and much more. They noted to bring extra supplies but there were little to none to begin with. Also, none of the beds were made up and just a few bath towels were provided. Again, this was listed but very inconvenient. The pillow in the child’s room had blood stains. The house appeared unswept and a lot of visible dog hair in the furniture. Additionally, I had a phone call in to the host a week before our trip to ask some questions and never heard back. Location to town and the beach was 10/10 and the views were great. Nice backyard as well.”

“Close to the beach, but not as clean as advertised. We found bugs, dog food, and toenail clippings. Host didn’t provide any solutions other than “we will pass the information along.” Beds were also uncomfortable.”

“Great location, poor execution. This condo is feet from the beach and really close to everything. Our issues were with the management company. First, we were coming early in day with 10 month old and injured dog and requested any early access but denied - which that is a policy. But, then they texted us to "24 hours to vacate" when we were two days away from leaving and requested that we inform them if we vacate early so they could clean early. Next, we had to buy a lot - trash bags, detergent, dishwasher pods, fly swatter. If I'm paying $4k+ for 5 days, have trash bags for your place and pods to run the dishwasher. Did not provide the shower code for 3 days. Then, on our last night, the smoke detector battery died at 3 am, beeping every minute waking everyone up until we found it and dismantled it. For $20, they could've had a 5-star review. We did extend our trip 3 days and stayed at another place that had ALL of the items previously mentioned. So much nicer to have the basics.”

“Pros: The location was short walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and pier. Interior was clean. Elevator was very helpful. Cons: Some of outdoor furniture is worn and cushions stained. One of outdoor rugs stained and holes. Had issues with some of the appliances (beverage/wine cooler, standalone ice maker and dishwasher). We notified the host multiple times during the stay with delayed responses that the issues were going to be "addressed" but never were. Last day of stay host messaged us that beverage/wine cooler has been broken for over a year.”

“The house itself is nice, but I was shocked at the lack of hospitality. They tell you they are closed at 5pm and on weekends. So they literally won’t message you or do anything past 5pm. What Airbnb host on planet earth does that? That’s ridiculous Also they don’t provide any basic amenities No toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand soap, no shampoo, no body wash, no nothing. The beds weren’t even made when we got there, we had to do it ourself The home itself is nice but you’d get better service at a motel 6 Also we accidentally left some personal items right on the couch upstairs and the housekeeping team “couldnt find them””

“This place was awful!! We were in town about an hour early, and there was zero chance to see if we might be able to get in early. At the dot of 4, and not one minute sooner we were able to access. It feels so unwelcoming. The wallpaper was peeling in both bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets were so full there was barely any place to put our food items that we brought with us, and it felt as though everything was purchased at a second hand store. So much crap in the drawers!! Every closet was full of their stuff, so that you hardly had any place to put your own items, even though the owner had so many closets locked off for their own belongings! Get your crap out of the spaces for guests!! One of the closet shelves was broken so you couldn't even hang anything. The blinds in that same room would not work to open, and everything felt like it needed a very good cleaning. And, finally, the bathroom vanity had the bottom 3 inches totally gone!! So ugly was this place - only the beach is good”

“This was a very stressful and unsafe check-in experience due to an incorrect house number in the listing. We followed the Airbnb app directions and arrived at what we believed was the correct property, and while attempting check-in were confronted by an angry homeowner who accused us of breaking in and threatened to call the police. This was a serious and entirely avoidable safety issue caused by inaccurate listing information. The door lock code also did not work on arrival, and after multiple failed attempts someone had to be sent out to assist, causing further delays. We were later told the correct address was provided by email, but guests rely on the Airbnb app for navigation. An Instacart order was also lost due to the confusion and timing, and we were unable to recover it. Support shifted responsibility rather than addressing the core issue. Only compensation was late checkout, which did not reflect the severity of what occurred. I would not recommend this listing at all!!”
