“I would give it 5 stars just for the location! But I am knocking my overall stay down to 4 stars. No grill, I know it wasn’t listening in the amenities but a grill would be very nice for a beach stay. Also we had to make our own beds? Never in my life had I had to do that at a rental before.”

“The inside of the home and the kitchen appliances could use more thought and love. The sheet service and make your own bed when you get there was less then appealing. The sheets were a thousand times old and nubby. The outdoor furniture was weathered and not of great comfort for long visits on the beautiful deck. Beautiful location.”

“Very disappointed in this place and not happy that I had to clean this space before we even unpacked! Not happy with the amount of sand, even in cooking pots, dirt on floor, 3 cabinet doors falling off hinges, dirty linen bag on the kitchen island, boogers on night stand upstairs, gross all over!! I paid WAY TOO much for this place to look like this and disregard my vacation time. Do yourself a favor and JUST DON’T! The company did absolutely nothing to make it right with me, no call to say we will reimburse me…nothing, but guess what…they sure did keep the cleaning fee that I paid for after I cleaned the space up. AND I left the place WAY better for the next person than we found it!”

“We absolutely loved this house and its location—so close to the beach yet away from crowds. Public access nearby but no parking kept it uncrowded. The outdoor shower and hangout area were great, and the balcony view was gorgeous. We also appreciated the two entrances (stairs and ramp) and the gates, which were helpful for kids. When we arrived, there were no starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, or paper towels, so we had to shop right away after check-in. Most rentals provide at least the basics. We were also surprised there were no smart TVs; the small TVs with DIRECTV cut out several times during our stay, possibly related to some nonworking outlets in the bedroom and outside. The queen bed was very squeaky and extremely firm. Other small issues included a full dryer lint trap, a makeshift plunger setup, and a vent taped in the double-bed room that fell during our stay. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return to this home. Thanks for a great time.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very spacious and I loved the set up. The listing says 2.5 bath but there are only 2. Also there’s no bath tub which was hard with two young children. Check in / check out was a little confusing as the instructions aren’t specific to this unit so you have to figure out what applies/what didn’t. I also wish the front door key pad would have been explained as it was confusing when we arrived late at night and no numbers were lit up on the pad. The deck also made me very nervous - the railings were wide enough that my one year old could squeeze through if he wanted to. Overall it was a nice stay.”
