“The house we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There is construction going on right next door so it wouldn't be comfortable if you wanted to stay in during the day. There is also a house blocking the view of the ocean.”

“We totally enjoyed our weekend getaway! The well-appointed little 3-level house is tucked into a very small quiet neighborhood and secluded by trees. We spent many hours on the beach (via private access right across the street) & loved it. Nice shower, comfy beds!”

“That condo in Queens Grant was a great fit for our family of four. It has not been renovated, and is due for a few updates. The beachfront location and ease of access were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and listening to the ocean, we had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, and the living space was comfortable.”

“My wife and 2 kids enjoyed our week at Topsail Beach. It is one of our favorites because of its quiet nature. We don’t look for many activities to do other than enjoying the home and beach. The location was great beach front property about 10 minutes from the Surf Side bridge and 2 minutes from the Topsail community. The house was a good size for our small family but would not want too many people in it. The spiral staircase is steep and might make it hard for some. The outdoor furniture was great to relax in, enjoy a good book or just sit and watch the ocean. The downstairs mattress was a little too firm for us but others might like the mattress. We would recommend staying in this rental for the price, location and beach front option.”
