We made a last-minute reservation, and they welcomed us with open arms. The house was absolutely beautiful, and my kids didn’t want to leave! We loved riding the golf cart, spending time at the pool, and the easy walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. If you’re on the fence about booking, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it. The location is excellent, less than 6 minutes from downtown and the strip by car, and close to plenty of restaurants and conveniences. Safe, quiet, and very easy to get around. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely book again.”

“We loved the neighborhood and Sonny by the Sea lived up to our expectations. We loved having the pool only a few steps away and the golf cart and bikes were an added bonus to our grandchildren. Our only complaint was that the beach area that we were allowed to use was too small but we still had a wonderful time. “We rented both side-by-side units for a bachelorette weekend and had an amazing stay! We actually booked this property specifically because of its location as we were only about 10 minutes from Broadway and close to shopping (The Gulch, and 12 South) making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Both units were extremely clean when we arrived and looked exactly as pictured. Unit 824 definitely had more of the fun bachelorette vibe, so that’s where the bride stayed! On our second day, we realized the AC wasn’t working properly in 824. The host immediately sent someone over to help. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay, but they provided fans right away and refunded us for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. The communication throughout our stay was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and consistently checked in on our group. Their customer service truly stood out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!!!”

“This 30A/Watercolor home is surrounded by natural serene beauty in a private setting with close proximity to the beach, store and local restaurants. The home is thoughtfully designed and appointed with every amenity of home you will need for your stay. The home is huge inside and out; we loved all the covered outdoor spaces. Our party of 8 lived very comfortably during our time here. We enjoyed biking to the beach and the super quick walk to the Gathering area. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back to 30A and will look for a Kalos Dwelling for our next stay!”
