“We loved the neighborhood and Sonny by the Sea lived up to our expectations. We loved having the pool only a few steps away and the golf cart and bikes were an added bonus to our grandchildren. Our only complaint was that the beach area that we were allowed to use was too small but we still had a wonderful time. “This 30A/Watercolor home is surrounded by natural serene beauty in a private setting with close proximity to the beach, store and local restaurants. The home is thoughtfully designed and appointed with every amenity of home you will need for your stay. The home is huge inside and out; we loved all the covered outdoor spaces. Our party of 8 lived very comfortably during our time here. We enjoyed biking to the beach and the super quick walk to the Gathering area. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back to 30A and will look for a Kalos Dwelling for our next stay!”

“My friends and I went for my 33rd birthday trip. Before we even arrived, my host(s) were very accommodating and responsive. They allowed me to decorate the for my birthday and we had a chef. We felt right at home, everything was amazing, accommodating and super comfortable. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”
