“It was a brand new house! Anything that came up or questions we had were solved / answered immediately! I couldn’t imagine a more responsive host, honestly! The location of this house was fantastic. It was 4th of July, which has got to be one of the busiest weeks of the year and we had no problem getting a front spot in the beach. There are condos near but no one walks down to this portion of the beach. House was gorgeous and well apportioned with the things you’d need — ice maker, huge kitchen, tons of bedrooms, every room had king beds with brand new mattresses, only the kids bunk beds were not king beds — of course. We had 14 in the house very comfortably. Amazing sunsets, perfectly clear water, hard to imagine a better setting.. tons of things to do other than the beach too. Took a fishing charter from the marina 1.1 miles away and limited out on snapper then took our catch to a hook and cook at triple j’s seafood — all less than 10 mins from this house. Will be back!!”

“The Emerald Retreat was perfect for our large, three-generation group, and its location at Hadley's Beach is incredibly convenient. The home is brand new, spotlessly clean, and in perfect condition. A highlight is the well-equipped second-floor kitchen and living area, which serves as the main hangout space, featuring balconies on both the beach and land sides. The private pool and direct gulf views were also standouts. Communication from our host, Kalos Dwellings, was professional throughout our stay - clear information, notified us when the property was ready for early check-in, and kindly offered late check-out options. The trip was seamless. We easily arranged beach chair setups and a bonfire at Hadley's Beach through Coastal Beach Service, using the host’s recommended provider, which made our beach time completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the area, and we hope to stay at the Emerald Retreat again.”
