Kalos Dwellings reviews in Panama City Beach, Florida

“We rented this house for an extended family beach trip, and it exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of space for everyone to gather in the open 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living area to prepare and enjoy meals and family time. Access to the beach was easy from the pool/deck area. The elevator made it easy to unload and load and was very helpful for our less mobile parents. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and there was ample closet space for clothing. The included bonfire, 1 beach umbrella/2 chairs set up each day by the beach attendant, beach towels, and the extra beach chairs/umbrella were all a very nice and welcomed touch. The hosts were the most responsive I have ever encountered when renting a vacation home! We would 100% rent this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place for a large group to gather and have fun!”

“This place was everything we needed and more. Beautiful home, well stocked with items we needed, even had a crib and baby gate for our toddler. The owners were extremely communicative and the bonfire (included) was wonderful. They sent us a guide beforehand and it had everything we needed. This was definitely the best place we stayed at, by far. It was able to accommodate 10 adults + 1 toddler, but easily could have accommodated more. The ONLY comment I have is the walking distance to the beach. This house is nestled behind 3 other houses and sand dunes in front, so you had to walk to the public opening to find beach chairs. We made it work but was definitely hard with hauling heavy items - we thought there was direct beachfront access from the home (as advertised). Not enough to knock down a star, but worth noting! Overall, wonderful stay and we will be back!!!”

“Had the most amazing experience! Leading up to the stay, Kalos Dwellings was very responsive to my questions and made the trip planning process significantly easier. The house was beautiful, clean, and the perfect location. We loved the multiple decks, the view, and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The house was absolutely stunning and very roomy. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need. They are super thoughtful with soap and lotion in every bathroom and lots of towels. The house is literally a dream, but has lots of STAIRS!!! Also they have so much amenities for little ones. We didn’t need them but they had a pack n play and high chair. The pool has an alarm on both doors leading out so it helps give you some peace of mind with littles and the pool. They definitely anticipate your needs and are so quick to respond to questions and problems.”

“This place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful! The host was amazing and so helpful! 10/10 recommend! ❤️”
